Whips and Chains

Just got hit with the sudden urge to do some creative writing. What the crap? That's ass-backwards, that is.

I have a feeling this inspiration is going to go to waste though. It's 4am, I need to finish my one English assignment before 5am, and then I'll probably pass out, since I have work tomorrow. If I'm lucky, it'll stay with me through sleep. But I doubt I'll be that lucky.

Having a 'real life' is just a creativity-killer.

Whoa, I came to update and decided to delete some userpics first, and I found this userpic of a random blue dragon. Wtf? It had replaced my "This is low budget artwork" one. Really bizarre. O_o So I re-uploaded the low budget art one...

And now I can't remember what I was going to write here in the first place. Guess I'll go lie down for a bit or something. Wish my laptop would STOP MAKING WEIRD NOISES. Sounds like the fan is in overdrive or something, which makes no sense at all since all I'm running is MSN, Firefox (9 tabs), and WMP, and I have a laptop cooling plate thinger. So wtf, laptop? SHUT UP, SRSLY. 8|

... Holy shit. Right after I typed that, my laptop STOPPED DOING IT. Freaky. o.o

I think a real update will have to come later. Sometime soon I plan on doing an art update...really! I just need to get around to scanning my shit. The next non-art update I will discuss something rather important though, so I hope everyone reads it. D:

This website is pretty hilarious. I see a lot of situations I'm familiar with, too, since my only job experience thus far has been in retail. It's taking up too much of my free time, though...haha.

On another note, I was finally able to get Castle Crashers early this morning. And it's AWESOME. Everyone should get it. If you have an Xbox 360, that is. My character is level 12 or something now. I've also been playing Pokemon Diamond a lot...got the second generation starters in a trade and found my GBA Pokemon games (which are needed to capture some types of Pokemon on Diamond/Pearl) so I got into playing it again...I have all the Eevee evolutions now except for Espeon. Need to raise my last Eevee's happiness a little more.

Oh, and here's this: http://www.gametrailers.com/player/40832.html :D The SNES/Sega Genesis Lion King game was FUCKING AWESOME. Probably my favourite Genesis game of all time. I really liked Shining Force too, but the GBA remake of it was better than the Genesis version...they developed the characters and story a bit more and the gameplay was smoother, so, yeah, GBA version was definitely better. :0

My next post should have some arts in it. Huzzah!

Decided to start using my LiveJournal since I keep seeing more and more people heading over here. Dunno how much I'll update, but I will, at some point, be posting arts here that I won't be putting on DA due to...DA being crap and full of idiots with sticky fingers. Hah. Of course, those arts will be in friends-only entries, so if you're a friend and wanna see my crappy original characters and creatures, you'll have to add me to you friends list and I'll add you back.
